Refunds/ Return Policy

OLA GOLD BEAUTY is a small business. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or exchange. All sales are finals.  We encourage you to reach out to us before buying, if you have any questions about a specific product or bundle. 

OLA GOLD BEAUTY does not offer refunds or exchanges on any products, unless it arrives to you damaged and/or broken. In such case, please send a photo of the damaged items to customerservice@olagoldbeauty.com within 24 hours upon receipt of your package and we will gladly replace it for you, we may ask you to send us the broken item.

Please note that our policy is in place to ensure the safety and hygiene of our customers, as once a product has been opened or used, it cannot be resold to another customer. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with the best possible beauty experience.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

At Ola Gold Beauty, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality beauty products that meet their needs and expectations. However, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@olagoldbeauty.com.
